Everything published on justinlink.com is pertaining to the opinions of me, Justin Link, and no one else. My opinions are not professional advice (for sections pertaining to medical, my opinions are not medical advice). Just like I have done, you need to make your own decisions as to whether you would like to listen and follow what I have produced. It is entirely your decision to both listen and to and follow anything from this website. You have control of your own life, not me. If you find what I say to be enlightening and thought provoking, great. If you find what I say to be complete nonsense, great. You made the decision to take the path you wish to take in your own life. I cannot be blamed for you deciding to take anything I have produces as fact or "right" or "wrong." Many things in life can be thought of as right and wrong depending on the relative perspective of each person's reality.

Please refrain from any negative feedback unless you are truly trying to give me constructive criticism. I have very thoroughly thought about the topics I present for many years, viewing and even experiencing many sides to every argument. The chances of me already thinking about your viewpoint on the matter, is pretty likely if it is more known to society. If it is a more obscure and not well known viewpoint, then yes I may be interested in hearing about it. I love to hear more viewpoints so that I can choose an even better path for my own life.

Just do not expect a reply. I run multiple websites and get far too many contacts from people wishing to tell me their random thoughts and the products or services they would like to offer me. I do not have the time to respond to everyone who decides they have an opinion. If you have an opinion, I encourage you to publish your own in the hopes that others may be able to see multiple opinions and make better choices for their own reality they would like to follow.

As for me, I have chosen my reality and it will be very difficult to change my path unless you have very thought provoking information to share.

If you try to show me why I'm wrong, I will ignore you because I do not believe in trying to pursuade someone else to accept a viewpoint. I instead provide information and let people make decisions for themselves.

Basically, stop, take a breath, and think about what it is you would like to say before saying it. It will make both of our lives much more enjoyable.

Terms of Service

All services will abide by the terms agreed upon in the project's contract. If the project does not have a contract, or is not stated within the contract, the terms laid out below will be used instead.

Turnaround Time

All services will be done in the requested time frame, but there is no garauntee of a deadline without a written agreement between both parties.

Payments

I accept payments by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, AmEx, Dinners Club), wire transfer, and checks. Work will begin only when payments have been completed, no acceptions.

The Development Process for all complete web design projects

Most full website design packages will require a minimum of $200 deposit. This cost is associated with the initial design proposal, domain registration, web hosting registration, and content managment system installation.

Additional Quotes

As the project unfolds, there may be additional items wished to be added that were not in the initial scope of the project. These additional items can be quoted and purchased separately from the initial project. There may not be the need for a new contract, but instead a written agreement between both parties as to the services requested.

Copyright

Unless specified in a contract, all products created by Justin Link are the sole property of the Customer once payment has been made in full. However, the initial concepts remain the property of Justin Link. Unless specified in a contract, I retain the right to place created products on the portfolio page of my Website.

Termination

Justin Link reserves the right to terminate a project at any time. Upon termination, Justin will deliever all products which have been fully paid for. If the project is the middle of work, we will make a written agreement as to what will be delivered for the amount that has been paid. I will try my best to work with you in every way possible to come to a fair agreement. If the client/customer does not wish to try to come to an agreement, I reserve the right to deliver only the products which have been fully paid for. Refunds are offered on a case by case basis. I do wish to satisfy the customer/client and will try our best to avoid the need for a refund by correcting anything which needs to be corrected or broken. Generally I keep in very close contact with clients every step of the way to ensure a quality end product, hopefully eliminating the need for any returns. Any pre-packaged products may be returned upon our discretion, as most products are digital and therefore cannot be fully returned.

Liability

In no event shall Justin Link be held liable for suitability, merchantability, or usability of products and services developed and delivered. All products and service will be delievered according to the specification in the written agreement between both parties. The products will be delivere in working order. Once delivered, Justin Link will not be held liable for any and all damage that may be caused as a result of the products. It is very easy for a customer/client to mistakenly try to change their website and completely crash it. Website technology follows codes very prescisely and may only operate if the code is 100% correct. It is the responsibility of the customer/client to ensure they know what they are doing before making any changes to a website and Justin Link is not liable for those responsibilities of the customer/client. Please me open and honest about what caused any problems that may arise, 99% of the time I will be able to figure out what caused the problem, and usually need to do so to fix the problem.
